Micro Center has great Customer Service

I have to say the customer service over at Micro Center is exceptionally good. Six years ago I purchased a PowerSpec from them and was very pleased with their customer service. Just the other day I purchased a Dell computer from them and I have to say things haven’t changed. Their employees are very nice and the most important thing, they are very knowledgeable about computers and electronics. I hate going to store and talking to salesmen that know nothing about the product they are selling. I used to go to Circuit City because they were local and I was overall pretty satisfied with their service. Circuity City is gone now, but to be honest with you, they didn’t compare in customer service or product selection. I have to say Micro Center is overall number one, if you’re looking to buy a Computer from a store, go with them. They also have a three year warranty program in case something goes wrong with your computer. Two thumbs up for Micro Center!
